Monday CJ and Payton played for a while in the water park after swim lessons. Tuesday we went to reading time at the Library after Swim lessons. We then came home took a nap played at home and then went for a ride over to visit a friend of Jay's. CJ had fun helping him water the garden. Today during swim lessons CJ had to have her water goggles on. They really did nothing for her and her teach said that most of the time after she jumped in the water the goggles were filled with water. CJ thought that they made her be able to swim. So she did a really good job. She jumped in the water and even when her teacher let go of her she went under water and paddled to the ladder. She did not even cry, but she did say that even with the goggles she did not lot going under water. She did say that the goggles had her a real swimmer. I guess I will do anything that gives the confidence that she needs. After swimming we went out to the swap meet and found that same one had just thrown away a light for a bathroom. One of the glass covers were broken, but they are not very expensive at Lowe's and it was gold, which is out of fashion. Jay and I just said that we can spray paint it silver or even a flat black and it will be so much better then want we have. So we grabbed it for the upstairs bathroom and now we do not have to buy a new light fixture for that room. We just need a new vanity, tub, sheet rock, and toilet for that bathroom and we can get started. We now have the light, flooring, and paint. One piece at a time and it will get done.
Hey, magic goggles are not easy to come by.
