Yesterday we went to get new tires put on my car, so that we will be safe for our trip next week. We then went to my new classroom. Jay was overwhelm, as I was when I found out I was moving, with how bad the room is. We worked together until it looked pretty good. It could always be worse. I just need to be glad I have a job. After working in my classroom we got my car, picked up some groceries, and came home. It was late afternoon by the time we got home but we were all very tired. Even CJ who refuses to take a nap lately laid down and went to sleep.
Jay had found a recipe in his Martha Stewart Magazine. The kids and him made Strawberry Shortcake cookies. They were good. I think that they all had fun making them. CJ had more fun stealing the strawberries to eat. She really likes strawberries.
