Summer almost over

Tuesday we went to the last of the summer Family reading at the library. It is really sad that I see the summer winding down. We then came home and ate, went to the park, and then painted a picture. CJ has be very good despite the fact that she has refused to take a nap the last couple of days. I hope that she is not growing out of naps because I like her nap time. I can read, work on my work, or even take a nap myself while she sleeps. My baby is so growing up. It was really funny last night CJ and I argued because she wanted to take a bath with her money. She had found a penny on the ground at the library. She said that her money was dirty and she really liked her money. She said that she needed to wash it so that she could sleep with it. I was able to convince her to put it in the piggy bank instead of washing it and sleeping with it.

I heard from an old friend from high school. I have not talked to her in 20 years. I still can not believe that she found me. I called her last night and we talked for 2 hours. I was really neat talking with her. She remembers so much and so many people that we went to high school with. I can not remember any one that I went to school with unless they were my close friends. I think that I just want to forget high school.

Yesterday I saw that I had a charge on my checking account that I did not know were it came from. I checked on line and saw that the company TLG Fun was a scam and would charge your Credit card every month. It comes from using your Card to make a reservation for a hotel on line. I did not make mine hotel reservation on line. I did it on the phone and that is how they get my credit card number. We sent to the bank and they had to cancel my debit card and file a report. It is scary how easy it is for people these days to get your card number. I thought calling the hotels 1-800 number I would be safe. I guess not always. At least it was only a charge of $9.99, but to us that is still a lot of money.
