Sakkot

CJ’s boy problems are already starting. When I came to pick up CJ on Wednesday this week, Payton and her were playing so nice. CJ came running to me and Payton went and sat on the picnic table. He looked so sad. After CJ gave me a hug she went to Payton to get a hug goodbye from Payton. He would not give her a hug and told her to just go home. I think that he was upset that I was taking her home. CJ cried all the way home. I had to just laugh at her and Payton. They are just to funny some times. On Friday When I came to pick CJ up she told me that Payton played with her fine but she had a new friend today to play with.

Yesterday we went to the Sakkot Festival at the Synagogue. CJ out to make a star for the Sakka and shake the Lulov. They had music, a BBQ, and a movie. CJ played ball with her friend Ben, ate a hamburger, run and run around, and got to watch the movie “Over the Hedge.” It was very late when we left. I let CJ stay as late as she wanted. Some people set up tents and stayed the night, but I was just not ready to do that with CJ yet. CJ was watching the movie holding her smote and started to fall asleep in the chair. That is when I asked her if she was ready to go. I picked her up and put her in the car. She was asleep before we got out of the parking lot.

Today we just cleaned house and relaxed. I have not been feeling good all week. I have had 2 or 3 kids out every day this week and even my student teacher was out with the flu. I am just hoping that this is just a cold and I do not get the flu.
