Things are looking up

This has been the craziest 2 week. I am not even sure were to start. CJ got her progress report and she is getting straight A’s in all of her classes. Her behavior at school is getting better and we are working on a behavior plan here at home. We buy her something that she wants and she has to make it 5 days not being on Yellow and she can get the idea. It seemed to help her to see what she can get at the end.

In girl scouts we made ornaments out of glue, cinnamon, and apple sauce. I had CJ bring her Hanukah cookie cutters. It was funny that everyone at her table wanted to use her cutter and not the Christmas cutters. It is fun that we are teaching the kids in Williamston about a different culture. It has been interesting this year how I have been able to relate things like this to my diversity class that I am taking. I have also had to give a lesson to CJ’s 1st grade teacher able Hanukah. But we will went to Cookies with Santa a CJ's School. She got to see Santa, have cookies, and make some crafts.

For me I have been off work all this week because of doing my job right and a fluck happening. I have been very depressed and it has been really hard on the family. I will find out this week how it will all turn out. I think everything will be ok just not my reputation and that is what I am most worried about.

Yesterday, we spent the day building the Girl Scout float. So today we are off to the parade and tomorrow it will be the Hanukkah celebration at Hebrew school. Last week I made all my kids Star of David necklaces and gave it to them. It was fun making them and I hope that they really like them. I know that CJ really likes hers.
