Because CJ had her cake and party on Saturday we just hung out as a family today. This morning CJ told me that the only thing that she wanted to do for her birthday was go shopping. I asked her want to wanted to go shopping for. She told me milk, because we were almost out and she needed milk for her lunch. She got her birthday wish. We went shopping, for milk. Jay them took her with him to take the trash off. CJ had to wear her tiara to the dump. Princess Diva even to go take trash off. After they unloaded the trash. Jay took the two kids to the lake where they were able to see the sticky fish as CJ told me. They then went to the park to play. Jay said that it was kind of neat getting to push both of his kids on the merry-go-round. While Jay and the kids were at the park I wrapped CJ's birthday presents. When they got home CJ went and got one of her chairs, sat down in front of her presents, and waited until we said that she could open them. When she opened her skates she was not share what they were at first. After I told her they were skates her eyes lit up. She really liked her keyboard and so did her dad. They fought over who was going to play it. CJ's Aunt Starla (Jay's sister from Arizona) sent her a my pretty pony that CJ really liked. It was so funny I saw that same pony in the store and thought about getting it for CJ but changed my mind. For dinner we all went to Pete's Southern Cooking Restaurant, so that CJ could play in their play area. She had a lot of fun playing and did not eat her dinner. At one point CJ came down the slide run over to me and asked me to help her. She said, "Mommy, can you get my underwear and short out of my gluteus maximus. They are stuck." I just had to laugh as I fixed her up. We then came home and song happy birthday to her over a left over cupcake from the ones I made on Monday for her school. She was then off to bed. Over all I think that she had a really good birthday.
Only nine more and she's a teenager. I can't wait to watch what you've got coming.
