I feel like I have been running around and not enough time in the day. I do not know were Spring Break went. I turned around and it was over and then another week of school was over.

CJ has had a birthday party every weekend. Last week it was a swim party. CJ is still scared of the water but doing better. I think that I am still going to get her swim lessons again this summer. This weekend she had a party at Toadily fun were she was able to run and slide.

On Friday CJ and I had to chaperone the 8th grade school dance. CJ was not shy like before. She got out on the dance floor and let loose. She danced and was in the middle for it all night. At one point the 8th graders that she was dancing with left her to take a break. She came up to me and was telling me that her girls left her. I told her that they were just over in the corner taking a break. So she went over to them and drug them back out on the dance floor. At the end of the night we were leaving and CJ saw our SRO’s police car. She asked me if it was a policeman’s car. Our SRO is a woman and told CJ and it was a policegirl car for girls and let CJ get in the car and play with the sirens. CJ got to scare all the 8th graders with the siren which she thought was the best.

We are all getting settled with Dad being here and I think that he is starting to get our routine too. CJ loves following him around and helping him work on things. Yesterday, Dad was working on putting together his Bowflex and CJ was having fun trying it out.

Dad came with a 4 wheeler and Jay got on it once. The next thing that I know is that Jay got himself one. The two boys have been working on there 4 wheelers so that we will be able to take a family fishing trip down to the river.

CJ skipped school today to stay home with her dad. She always lets him sleep in. I wish that she would do that for me. They got up at 10:00 and played most of the day. They went to McDonalds; she helped in the garden, and went out on the boat fishing with her dad. When I called at noon she was very excited and happy about being able to spend the day with her dad.
