Swimming lessons

CJ started swimming lessons yesterday. She told me that she did not what to go and that she did not like swimming lessons. I told her that I need her to learn to swim so that she will be safe around water. She did not like that answer. We got there and they gave her a male swim instructor. That went over like a lend balloon. She would not get in the water and at one point I just throw her in the water. She screamed most of the time. It was offal. She did after the lessons go outside to the water park and just played having a really good time goofing around.

Today I got CJ up so that we could go to swim lessons and she fought me getting out of the bedroom. She yelled and cried and did not want to get off the floor. I ended up carrying her down the stairs and her dad told her that she was going to walk to the car, go to swim lessons, do her best, and get a treat after or he was going to spank her tail and put her in the car to go to swim lessons and then no treat. She walked to the car and pouted the whole way to lessons. When we got there they changed her teacher so that she would have a female. It was much better. She still every few minutes asked me to take her potty but she got in the water and did all the activities. At the end she told me that she liked lessons better with the girl. I have no idea why she is afraid of men and will not go near then. Over the summer this year she is living with 3 boys. She and I are the only girls in the house. I guess that I am just glad that they changed her instructor and I hope that tomorrow it will not be quiet as much of a fight getting her into the car to go to her lessons.
