Open House

CJ really likes kindergarten. She said that she has 3 really good friends, Austin Chambers (who she went to school with at Whitefield), Autumn, and Charity. She said that the rest of the people in her class are her friends to they just do not know it. She also said that she has another friend that is not in her class but she always says hi to her and plays with her sometimes when they go outside.

Tonight was CJ’s open house. She had such a good time showing me all of her things that she does in the classroom and her writing journal. She just loves to draw in it. Almost all of the pages were filled up. Her favorite thing to draw was people in lots of bright colors. Her teachers told me that she was doing very well; she was out going and loved to sing. Her teacher even told me that the song CJ sings to know her address, she just loved and was going to use it to help other students. CJ had hotdogs while we were there and had to sit next to her friend Austin, even had his mother move so that she could sit next to him.

On Sunday CJ had Hebrew school. I was so sick with a migraine that I could not stop throwing up. CJ was very good going with Mrs. Terri and finding her classroom. I needed after classes to go shopping but we were not able to and come right home. While I was sleeping CJ had to go poop and missed the potty she tried to clean herself up and got poop everywhere. She did not what to tell me about it so she blamed it on the cat. We had to have a long told about not lying and not blaming others for the things you do. But then again yesterday she ended up pooping her pants on the way home. She refuses to go poop at school because no one will help wipe her and they do not have wet wipes there. So she was not able to make it home before having an accident. This time she did not lie to me about it. Jay and I talked about that we really need to force her to learn to wipe her own backside. It is just really hard to teach someone how to wipe there butt. It is just such a personal thing. But we really have to because she needs to learn to do it on her own so that we stop having accidents.
