Chickens and Ponys

This week went by fast and nothing got done. I am so behind at work, but I did get to spend time with CJ and I guess that is what counts the most. On Monday CJ and I went to her book fair at school. We got two new books and had pizza with her friends. I wanted to go somewhere else for dinner but CJ did not. I told her but it was my birthday and she told me that it was not really my birthday. She told me all day that she did not what to make me a card for my birthday because it was not really my birthday. I guess that she took us literally when we told her that I do not really have a birthday this year.

Friday after school we all went to a farm and got new chickens. Our new chicken’s names are Cupcake sprinkle, Flower, Rose, and Gertrude. They are full grown chickens and are already laying eggs. CJ loves that and wants to go over and check for eggs. While we were at the farm CJ got to play with a new friend. They had a little girl that was 5 years old just like CJ. The two girls seemed to play while together and had a good time. They had lots of horses on the farm, so CJ got to ride the pony. So was very scared of the pony and thought that we were going to fall off.

On Saturday CJ and I went to another booth Sale for Girl Scout cookies. This time it was not so cold but CJ still had a good time singing and dancing around. She is such a good little sales person.
