Long time no write

I have gotten so behind on writing CJ’s blog because I have been so tired of writing things these days. I started 2 classes that are on line and working on my portfolio for class along with everything else we have been doing I just do not get a chance just to sit and work on fun stuff. I have even had movies to watch sitting here for 3 weeks and have not been able to watch them.
CJ have her first performance at a basketball half time show. We got to see the beginning part of the dance recital performance. She was just so cute out there dancing away.
CJ has been really sick right before my birthday. It was the worst I have ever seen her. She was running a high fever for almost 5 days and throwing up. We took her to the doctor and they said she just had an ear infaction but I think that she had more than just an ear infaction. We had a special Havdalah activitiy at temple and CJ was going to be able to eat pizza. I know she was not feeling well when she would not eat pizza.
While my 10th birthday came and went. Everyone at work wished me a happy birthday and I had lots of cake. Jay took me out of dinner but CJ was still sick so it was just misrable. We should have never taken her out of the home and her and Jay fought the whole time.
Girl Scout Cookie season started and Saturday March 3rd we spent all day selling cookies. It was a long day but fun. At the end of the day CJ and her friend took their box of cookies we promised them and they fell right asleep in the back of the car. The next weekend I had the cookies at my house and was giving out cookies booth cookies and counting money back it was very busy.
Girl Scouts took their second annual trip to the fire station. They had fun playing on the trucks. During the tour they got a call for a fire. So the girls got to see the fire fighter come to the station and take the trucks out with sirens on.
CJ on March 8th went to the eye doctor. She did really well and we are down to only having to wear the patch for an hour and a half. I can not wait until he tells us we do not have to wear it any more.
March 11th was Purim, the theme this year was medieval times. CJ dressed as a Barbie princess. All my 1st grade Hebrew school kids have a really good time and I get some great pictures of them booing. CJ played at the carnival with her friends.
This week at school CJ came home with a paper that I was surprised that I did not get a call about. Especially with all the crazy children these days, it proves that I still live in a small red neck town. CJ had an assignment where she had to write what she would do if she had $100. She wrote that she would buy a gun. We asked her why she wrote that and she said that she likes to go hunting with daddy. So we had to have a long talk with her about that it is good to want to go hunting with daddy but we still can not write about guns at school. I put the picture of her assignment on Face book. She told me I was embarrassing her. I told her that was my job as a mom.
This week will be another busy week, but I better go get ready for Hebrew school.
