This year when we took our beach trip we really needed the getaway. Jay and I were having trouble connecting and
I was so stressed with school. This
break helped us connect again. I go to
see my mom and sister. They came down
and we got to go swimming and they went to the beach with us. Last year when we sent the weather was so
cold and I forgot to pack enough warm weather clothes, so this year I was not
going to let that happen again. I packed
a ton of warm clothes for everyone, but the weather was so warm that I did not
have enough T-shirts or shorts. CJ did
the mash walk again this year for Halloween.
Because the weather was so nice we got to see the alligator a lot. It was right on the bank and so close.
CJ went swimming with her Grandma and had fun
playing in the pool at Wendy and Mom’s hotel.
We then went to Friendly’s for dinner.
We let CJ get the shark drink. It
was blue soda with gummy sharks in it.
She does not like soda but she wanted it so bad. She took about two sips and did not want
anymore, just the gummies inside the drink.
Jay did not catch any fish but he enjoyed
trying. CJ just loved playing on the
beach. We ate lots of Seafood which was
so yummy.
