First full week of the New Year, because of all of CJ’s behavior problems at school before we went on break, Jay and I decide that we would pay CJ $0.25 a day for everyday that we get a good report for her for school. Before break we had tried lots of other things to get her so start listening to the teacher and not be mean to the boys in her class. With the New Year we decide that we all would try to eat more health throwing away all of the junk food and then trying paying CJ for good behavior. It most have worked because she came home on Friday and was star of the week. She got to bring home this little stuffed mouse, a book, and a journal to tell what her and mouse did over the weekend. She had so much fun carrying Mouse everywhere she went.
We did not do much over the week or weekend just trying to get back on schedule. We had girl scouts on Tuesday were we started to get ready to start Girl Scout cookie sells, Thursday was back to CJ’s dance class, and I started trying to work out to loss some of this weight that I have gained. Over the weekend we just cleaned house and went to Hebrew school on Sunday.
Monday we woke up to one of the worst snow storm that South Carolina had seen in decades. School was closed and we could not even get out of the drive way. Jay got to stay home with us. CJ played in the snow and tried to throw snowballs at every that walked by her. Cars could not make it up the hill by our house so we sat watching them slide everywhere. After one car get really suck, some of the neighborhood guys came out and tried to get some of the snow off the hill so that the cars could get out. CJ was just happy to get a ride on the 4 wheeler. When she came in from her ride she was like a frozen Popsicle. So we sat by the fire, cooked hobo dinners on the fireplace, colored and made Shrinky Dinks bracelets. It was a fun relaxing day.
