Paper finished

            I have not posted for the whole month of June.  I have started my summer classes and have been doing nothing but working and typing papers.  So I have been really bad about keeping up with CJ’s blog.  I have finished my research paper and turned it in on Friday.  On day last week CJ went to bed and I was working at my desk in my room on my paper.  She had wake up about 10:00 and came into my room and I was still working.  I sent me back to bed.  She then get up at 7:00 in the morning and I was still working at my desk (I had gotten up at 5:00 to work).  CJ turned to me and asked if I had been to bed because I was still in the same spot that she left me.  She told me that it was not good not to get sleep.  I told me it was ok because I had slept for a little while.  She was right though.  I did not sleep much in the last two weeks working on this paper and because of that I had several nervous break downs. 

            One of the days when I was studing CJ came in and says "Mommy, look what I found in the yard." In was a little snake. I was just glad she got her dad first before they picked up the snake to come show it to me.  At first she was just fine with holding the snake until it started to move then she was so scared. 

            CJ had been to two birthday parties and we sent to a skating party for girl scouts.  CJ, my mom, and I have been to Charlotte twice to visit Wendy.  The first time we went was the week before father’s day so we went to the Bass Pro shop to get Jay his father’s day gift.  At the Bass Pro Shop they had kids fishing time so CJ went fishing.  She did not catch anything but had fun trying.  I took a picture of her so that she could put it on her father’s day card that she was making for her dad.  We then went shopping for us and had a really good time.  We both get some new clothes and CJ got a pair of shoes she has been begging me for.  They are shoes that have a spinner on the bottom so that she could do ballet spins.  She loves them.  Our second trip to Charlotte was to take Wendy out for her birthday.  CJ loves going to see her aunt Wendy.

            CJ and mom have been having lots of fun going to story time at the library and at CJ’s school.  They have been keeping busy while I have been working.  CJ got to listen to story tellers, build a car from wood, and got to meet an author. 

            Last night we went to CJ’s school and watched the fireworks.  Today we are just going to rest before I have to start working on my classes again.
