October

I have been so bad at writing this month.  I think it is because I am so tired of writing for school that to write for fun just does not seem so fun.  I have been very tired the last couple of weeks and forgetful.  I am sure it is because I have had so much on my mind and can not remember the little things.  But I am almost done with school.  I only have a couple more project to do and papers to write.  I also took my PRAXIS test and passed it so that big worry is over.

We have not done much this month other than Dance, Hebrew school, and Girl Scouts.  For me this year girl scouts are just not any fun.  I do not get to see what CJ is doing or spend time with her during meetings.  I just hate that.  I have no idea what she is doing and if she is having fun.  She tells me that she is and that she loves girl scouts.  I do not love it this year.  My juniors and good girls but it is just not the same and getting to spend time with my own child.

Hebrew school is going well for CJ and she still loves that to.  I like that even those I am not in the room with her when she is learning everything else I get to be involved with. We get to have service together in the morning and I really like that.  I also get some time to work on my homework assignments when she is in class which has been very helpful.

The first week in October I took CJ to get her hair cut.  She has wanted her hair cut short and I would not let her because I loved her long hair. I told her that if her hair got long enough to donate to Locks of Love I would let her get to cut.  So I almost cried when they cut it but she loved it.  She told me having her hair short made her so happy.  Jay loves that she is able to brush her own her and it is so easy to fix.

CJ lost her first front tooth.  It looks so cute.  It was really wiggly when we went to Hebrew school, but I just could not pull it.  So her teacher took her to the bathroom at the start of Hebrew school and pulled it out for her.  Her teacher told me that she did that because it was so loose that she was afraid she was going to swallow it during class and snack time.

CJ has gone to several birthday parties and Friday we had her fall festival at school.  This summer when CJ was at art camp she made a horse mask.  So for Halloween she wanted to be a horse.  So we made a tail and cut the eyes out of her mask.  She was the cutest horse ever.  I was so proud of the fact that she made her Halloween costume on her own.
